Maria Tarnev-Wydro holds a Masters degree in Education from a University
in Bulgaria, a Bachelors Degree in Health and Wellness from Buffalo State
College (Buffalo, NY), a degree from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine (OCHM) in Toronto,
Canada and has received her
certification in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Ontario
College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) in Toronto,
Ontario, where she studied under the world renowned, Dr. Ben Wu.
She is also a New York State licensed Esthetician and licensed Massage Therapist and has had extensive training in Classical Homeopathy, Nutrition, Herbal Ayurvedic Medicine and Aromatherapy.
She utilizes
all these modalities in assessing and healing many medical conditions such as; digestive, respiratory, nervous, gynecological, dermatological and degenerative
problems.
Before attending OCHM, she ran her own health spa in Buffalo
for 8 years, providing therapeutic massage, clinical skin care, hydrotherapy and wellness consultation classes.
Currently, she works in solo practice, providing holistic health education and consultation to individuals and small groups.
She
has also appeared on TV, radio, and has written articles for
newspaper publications.
